Request for Reinstatement

Permanent expulsions from Jamul Casino Resort may be voluntary or involuntary. Expelled individuals are not permitted to return to Jamul Casino Resort unless they have been reinstated by the Jamul Casino Resort Exclusion Committee — a governing body responsible for reviewing all appeals and rendering determinations as to whether an expulsion shall be upheld or overturned.

Reinstatement is granted solely at the discretion of the Jamul Casino Resort Exclusion Committee and will only be considered when it:

  • The excluded guest has served the first 90 days of their exclusion
  • Aligns with responsible gaming principles
  • Does not threaten the integrity of Jamul Casino Resort
  • Does not negatively impact the reputation of the Jamul Indian Village or Jamul Casino Resort
  • Upholds public confidence that tribal government gaming in California is held to the highest standards of regulation and internal controls
  • Individuals seeking reinstatement must complete and submit a Request for Reinstatement Form below.
  • Patrons who have a voluntary exclusion or have already been denied from Jamul Casino Resort must submit a Request for Reinstatement to the Jamul Tribal Gaming Commission.
