Lori Ware serves as Chief Financial Officer at Jamul Casino Resort, where she leads all financial operations and strategy during a major phase of growth, including the debut of the property’s new hotel tower and spa. With over two decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries, Lori is known for driving operational excellence and aligning finance with long-term business goals.
Before joining Jamul Casino Resort, Lori played a key role in the expansion of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and the landmark acquisition of Palms Casino, the first tribal-owned casino in Las Vegas. Her previous leadership roles span top gaming organizations including Penn National Gaming, William Hill US, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Mirage.
Lori is recognized for her ability to build strong financial teams, manage transitions, and improve profitability across diverse gaming operations. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UNLV. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
